Private Residence Remodel and Addition – Wilson Hayfields

This project consisted of a major remodel of an existing home and the additions of three main areas. We expanded the rear of the living areas to create a larger great room, dining room and kitchen. In doing so we pushed towards the back for a new rear screened porch with fireplace. We vaulted the great room and created beams for a more prominent space.

Through the expanded kitchen you walk past a new bar area in to the first wing addition which consists of a “back kitchen” or scullery. The second wing addition was the master side where we added on a new master sitting area, complete with a fireplace and a second garage with a suite above it. No space was left untouched.
