Private Residence Remodel and Addition – Wilson Village

The client approached us about the need for an entry/mudroom addition to transition from the side entry to the Kitchen. Previously this did not exist and you entered directly in to the kitchen/family room. They also wanted to create a more welcoming feel to the front entry by upgrading the stair and landscape (previously hiding the front of the house). The addition of 2 fireplaces (one in the family room and one in the screened porch) help create livable, comfortable spaces. The use of a sliding door with transoms help bring in light to make a bright, cheerful living space.
