Pearce Scott Architects worked with the developer, in collaboration with JK Tiller Associates, to create a master plan for a new 43-acre mixed-use development in Bluffton. Filling in the space between Berkeley Place and Buckwalter Place, this community will synergize and connect the two adjacent developments. The goal was to create a pedestrian-friendly atmosphere that characterizes successful shopping districts while still providing adequate, convenient parking. Signage and wayfinding were developed along with a visual corridor and terminal vistas that invited entry from Buckwalter Parkway.
